
Yes, the home of salmon that I could not try to cook it in every way possible, even raw! I had never tried to cook sushi and I did not think it was that easy. Very good! And Sushi-geeks like me always in a hurry, the rice will keep perfectly for a couple of days in the refrigerator, tightly closed, just change it in the microwave a few seconds before using it.
It is delicious with smoked salmon, avocado and sour cream.
