
Reading the various food blog I felt like
try some recipes. I got off at the ICA store under the house and I looked
what was available. I thought I was a risotto with asparagus
, but today there were (by these parties is that you are always
all ..) But there are always the zucchini. Zucchini muffin recipe with
Chefs Charter combined with flowers spkelt \u200b\u200bsalmon (salted salmon
Norwegian, much tastier than traditional
smoked) and gorgonzola mousse. I had to change a bit '
the recipes to suit local ingredients. In Muffin I used the 'Alter
Mommark Norwegian cheese smell very strong, but little flavor
, robiola for gorgonzola mousse
is virtually unobtainable, so I opted for a cream cheese type
philadelphia. I mixed 2 / 3 of gorgonzola, there is only one
Galbani blue cheese, and 1 / 3 of cream cheese with a dash of whiskey
, to the delight of Andrew! Finally, two slices of toasted white bread and a spoonful of
Romme (a mixture of the sour cream and our
cream) completed the composition.
The dinner was very satisfying, even if the muffins did not grow to perfection
