This summer I Bulma and Alexander we held a contest
MEATBALLS
in a small garden under casa.Le rules were simple : present the most good with meatballs cooked and never try to beat the others! The race besides us involved Cristina and Roberto and Monica David.
The race was fun and delicious meatballs! The certificate of meatball year went to my little black balls of rice with fried potatoes.






Makes about 20 small meatballs:

-black rice 1 kg.
carrot-leek 1 large
- a slice of pumpkin about 500 gr.
-chicken 250 gr.
-minced meat 250 gr.
-potato-olive oil-salt
-bay and sage
-garlic
Cut the meat into small pieces with a knife and place it in a bowl.
Make an emulsion (1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, water, lemon juice and salt), pour over the meat
and leave to rest for a couple of hours in the fridge closed with the film.
Meanwhile boil the rice black Venus remove from heat a couple of minutes earlier than the correct cooking time. Peel and chop all the vegetables into very small pieces as you did with the meat.
