It was a dark evening in late September and the districts of Via Roma were all deserted although it was still afternoon and all shops were still open.
The people had prudently withdrawn at home waiting for the purple clouds gave vent to violent storm which now promised to be inevitable, even the most unreliable weather stations had declined to announce the weather.
occasional lightning tore the clouds already growing dark, followed by the faithful roar of thunder, street lighting was turned on earlier that afternoon, they were not even five when the lights were turned on.
The dim orange light bulbs still half-off had not done anything but make it even more gloomy atmosphere of the streets.
It seemed the end of September, rather the beginning of November due to the temperature, just because the clouds had obscured the sunlight, the grades had fallen dramatically from twenty-five to fifteen in half an hour.
Matt was first released by the law firm where he worked as a handyman during the period of university studies, that afternoon there was not much to do in office, no customer had gone to needy quell'avvoltoio his boss, who then gave him to get out first, provided that in case of necessity is available.
lived not far from the study and since there were arcades along almost the entire route was not scrambling to get home before the outbreak of the shower, do not care anything about soaking clothes.
Moreover loved the time: the leaden sky of storms, that afternoon was the same color of fresh bruises, torn by the lightning was bright, beautiful and serious rumble of thunder in the bones was something indescribable, almost how to be the concert of their favorite rock band and feel the rhythm of the bass in my veins.
While these thoughts floating in my mind the first raindrops had begun to slow but inexorable fall gradually dipping porphyry of the road after the first sporadic drops, however, had started to rain heavily and when Mattia had reached the end the portico in front of him you could see that a wall of water, the porphyry was so slippery that he could not run fast towards the door.
put his hand in his pocket and grabbed the keys, so that they are already at hand had walked in the pouring rain to the apartment not far, just a hundred meters.
long hair, loose just left his office, continued to stick to the face and t-shirt despite his repeated attempts to prevent it.
hated having to tie her hair every time he went to work, but the vulture did not allow him to keep them loose because they claimed that they were unprofessional, that just makes it look good and to intimidate his clients.
bullshit because first seconds Mattia intimidating to most customers was impossible, for these were almost all sociopaths jailbirds that it SODDING everything and everyone, and the air little good was only popular belief, just because they followed the fashion did not mean it was a no-good, but that shit just do not understand.
While mentally sent to that country his boss had arrived at the entrance of the palace, it was almost overcome without even realizing it.
entered the long corridor leading to the stairs to the upper Paini, Matt grew up eager to return home and change into putting on a little 'music.
