Spaghetti urchin



Ingredients: 400 gr spaghetti



garlic extra virgin olive oil
cherry tomato chilli


chopped parsley 100 gr frozen sea urchin

In a large skillet sosfriggere garlic in olive oil . Cut the tomatoes into cubes.
Lightly brown the garlic and add the tomatoes, let them dry for a few minutes and add a splash of white wine.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water.
Skip the spaghetti in the sauce by adding a pinch of chilli and sea urchin previously thawed, leaving 4 tsp for garnishing the dish.
Serve with a sprinkling of chopped parsley.
